How it works
Contract work, done right.
We do not hire full-time for most roles. We build a roster of trusted contractors and bring them in when the project calls for it. You get real work, real clients, and a team that respects your craft.
You apply
Send us a brief intro and a link to your work. No cover letter required. We look at what you have made.
We review
We look at your work and reach out if there is a fit. We respond to every application, even if the answer is not right now.
First project
We start with a single project. Clear brief, fixed rate, defined deliverables. You know exactly what you are walking into.
Ongoing work
If it goes well, we keep calling. The best contractors become regulars. Some become part of the core team over time.

What we are looking for right now.
All roles are contract and per-project unless noted. Rates are discussed once we have seen your work and confirmed a fit.
Videographer / Camera Operator
Contract / Per projectYou know how to run a camera, light a scene, and deliver clean files on time. Experience with narrative, documentary, or event formats.
Photographer
Contract / Per projectHeadshots, events, product, editorial. You shoot tethered or deliver selects fast. Retouching skills are a plus.
Graphic Designer
Contract / Per projectBrand identity, print, and digital. You work in Illustrator and Figma, take direction well, and care about the details.
Audio Engineer / Podcast Producer
Contract / Per projectRecording, editing, mixing, and mastering. Studio and remote sessions. You know how to make a voice sound like it belongs on air.
Motion Designer
Contract / Per projectAfter Effects, Premiere, or both. Lower thirds, title sequences, social clips. You can take a brand and make it move.
Web Developer
Contract / Per projectReact, TypeScript, Tailwind, and Shopify. You build clean, fast sites and hand off without leaving a mess.
DJ / MC
Contract / Per eventWeddings, corporate, private events. You read a room, keep energy up, and show up prepared. MC experience is a strong plus.
Production Assistant
Contract / Per projectOn-set support, gear wrangling, logistics. You are reliable, fast, and do not need to be told twice.

Even if the timing is not right, we will tell you. We do not ghost applications.
Rates are fair
We pay on time and at rates that reflect the work. We do not ask people to work for exposure.
Toronto area preferred
Most of our work is on-site in Toronto. Remote roles exist for editing, design, and web work.
No exclusivity
We do not ask contractors to work only with us. We earn repeat work by being good to work with.
