Common questions

How far ahead should we book?

Two to four weeks is comfortable. Shorter timelines are possible with a scout.

Can you stream the event?

Streaming is scoped per event once we have seen the venue and the network. A local recording is captured regardless, so you have the footage either way.

Do you handle the signage too?

Yes. Print and signage are produced in house alongside the live production.

Can you handle the music as well as the cameras?

Yes. DJ and MC run off the same run-of-show as the coverage, so the room and the footage stay in step.
